The Quarry

There once was a quarry in the middle of a desert. It was so dry and so hot, that the animals that once lived there could no longer struggle to survive in the harsh climate. This quarry had long since been forgotten by the humans, and as such, nature had taken over, and bore into the exposed rocks so heavily that the quarry grew deeper and darker with each passing year. At the present time of which this story is told, three hundred-thousand years had passed since the humans abandoned the quarry. Jeebus I had the most random guy do the most random thing to me today. O_O So I was at work from 11-7 by myself. It got crazy. I ALMOST called my Boss asking for someone to come and help because SO many people came up to me asking for help and I just couldn't get to everyone. Well, finally everyone left and I was all alone for the last half hour of my shift... When this guy comes in... I was a little distraught and tired, my back hurt, etc, etc, but I tried my best to act happy. The guy wanted to leave a note to another worker, so I wrote it down as he spoke. I'm sort of in the same bucket as Silent. I am making a soldier cosplay and while I have an attack plan for the majority of the suit the boots and helmet are still an issue of concern. If you had any tips or pointers in those regards I'd greatly appreciate them. Thanks for your time and I love the cosplay!
